support alternative templates for portlets

In the case of things like the collection portlet, the output can vary from collection to collection. It would be helpful to allow integrators to specify a selection of different templates for editors to choose from.

        It would also be great for an integrator/editor to be able to easily preview the result of changing the template.

        We have built a few portlets with this choice. The portlets engine supports this — it is just not built into any of the default portlets.

        Allow the user assigning the portlet to choose between different views/templates for it.
