Ship with fully i18n developer manuals

Today when downloading Plone it is not coming with the best help possible

any other product like you buy in a shop is coming with a user guide mostly in few other languages

I am sure the doc team can do a short developer overview and ship it with Plone for an easy start and implementation

        If somebody volunteers to do the translation of the documentation, I'm totally for having multiple languages documentation.
