Include textindexng3 out of the box
We always need to install textindexng3 to have a better search engine (in case we search word with accent, etc), it could be included in Plone out of the box! would be more simple!

Not going to happen. If you need really powerful text indexing, we have excellent add-ons for integrating with SOLR.
